Green Woodpecker Brooch

The Green Woodpecker has striking green and yellow plumage, a red crown and dappled black edged wings. The brooch is created from many layers of fabrics that are embroidered and painted to create a three-dimensional effect. The reverse is backed with soft felt and the edges are sealed so that the fabric does not fray.  Due to the hand-crafted nature of the brooch very slight variations may occur.  Comes packaged in a bespoke gift box.

Goes particularly well with our Floresta wool scarf, Floral Fantasy or Corn Meadow silk scarves or Secret Garden Dove linen scarf.
